Riley Suhan Backcountry Race

The Golden Snowmobile Club host the annual Riley Suhan Backcountry Race, one of the best events in all of snowmobiling! This unique mountain race traverses a large loop of the Quartz Creek riding zone in Golden BC which is announced on the day of the competition, pending avalanche concerns and terrain stability.

The race is both a team and individual event and is executed in a timed, relay format. Athletes may use ANY machine capable of making it through the course! RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG is the format.
