It’s been a wild week here in Golden BC and snowmobiling conditions have ranged from deep blower powder to rain soaked elephant snot. Elevation is the biggest determining factor right now, as an ‘atmospheric river of warm moisture’ is upon us. Conditions are changing by the hour through to the weekend. We’ve had approximately 25 cms of snow in the past week, followed by rain on Wednesday & Thursday. There’s 37 cms in the forecast for the Quartz Area before Tuesday morning.
