Nice moment for a break on Dec 20, with Golden Snowmobile Rentals.
Colder temps and half a meter of new snow are the big stories this week for snowmobiling in Golden BC. We’re back to normal winter conditions after an extended period of warmer temps up high. This however, is a time of caution as the new snow may prove to be reactive so avalanche safety should be of utmost concern. We’ve had approx. 45 cms of new snow over the past week and now there’s 10-20 forecast in the next week with some blue skies too. All in all, it’s a pretty great time to get out to Golden and push a throttle. ... [read more]
